Mini-SiKom: Smart, flexible, low-cost

Mini-SiKom is a small device of the SiKom with a split option. It is mainly intended to be used when the selection of the language is more important than the number of available simultaneous languages. This is commonly used in small buses, when homogeneous travel or VIP groups are coached. The unit is completed with a remote control for the chauffeur or travel guide.

Select 2 language from 32 for each individual travel group

The Mini-SiKom is laid out for a maximum of two languages (2 mono or 1 stereo), which can be selected by the travel guide or the bus driver from the stored maximum 32 languages. The monitor is selected for the driver to listen in on one of the languages for the tourist group information.

A SD card is required as memory. Furthermore a RS232 output for controlling of video players is available. The system is completed with a remote control for the bus driver or travel guide.

Mobile Usage with Battery Operation (Option)

The Mini-SiKom can be provided with a battery ex factory. The tourist guide can take along it to start the takes. Microphone signals from the driver or guide can be transferred.

Handling like SiKom

Data format and data structure are on par with SiKom. Therefore, the handling of the data (arrangement with a PC, copying to the memory card) as well the functions of the remote control for tour selection, changes for roundabouts, filling texts, etc. are identical.

Mini-SiKom for 12 up to maximum 24 seat modules

Projected: Extension of the Mini-SiKom to connect 12 seat modules directly. Alternatively to that the direct connection of 10 seat modules would be possible, plus a special connector for 7 DLV splitters, whereas each can supply 2 seat modules. Maximum 24 seat modules can be connected with that.

This is a low-cost installation for small busses or coaches with less seats.
