The modular design guarantees long term investment.

The SiKom is designed in a modular concept to meet the fast technology changes.

Thus it is possible to assure the user the functionality of the system over a long distance, for example to change to other memory cards or to the Galileo GPS system.

With the slot technic different functions can be realisized well-priced.

• Digital outputs for the standard seat modules SiM for 26 channels.

• Analog outputs (14 channels) for existing amplifier units like ACTIA.

• Analog slot (max. 14 channels) for the direct connection of the seat modules with language selection by mechanical rotary switches.

• DKa-8 slot to connect the DKa-8 seat modules.

• GPS slot for the autostart option.

• Radio module slot

The other slots are foreseen for the Compact Flash cards and for the central unit with inputs and outputs and status LED.

Modular technic: There are slots for different seat modules, existing amplifier units, or GPS option.

Example SiKom for the DKa-8 seat modules.

Thus the 8-channel seat modules SiM-F of the DKa-8 can still to be used.
